The final shipping fee will be calculated after the order, based on Vietnam Post's current rates.

• Commissioned or custom artworks: Processing time varies based on the size and complexity of the piece. Estimated timelines will be provided during order discussion.

📦 Packaging

• Prints are shipped in protective sleeves and sturdy envelopes or tubes to prevent bending.
• Original artworks are securely wrapped and boxed for safe travel.

🔎 Tracking

• All international orders come with tracking.
• A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your package is on its way.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

✅ Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted on non-commissioned, ready-made artworks within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping must be completed within 14 days of your return request.
• Please use the original packaging if possible, and choose a tracked, signed-for, and insured delivery method.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

💵 Refunds

Once the returned item is received in its original condition:

• A full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

❗Damaged or Lost Artwork

🖼️ Damaged Deliveries

If your artwork arrives damaged:

• Keep all original packaging.
• Photograph the damage.
• Contact me right away to initiate a claim or replacement.

Refunds or replacements can only be processed with evidence and if the item wasn't left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

📭 Lost Deliveries

If your order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier:

• A full refund or replacement (if available) will be offered.
